Today we drove about an hour north of Atlanta, near the north Georgia town of Ellijay, to go apple picking at B. J. Reese Orchards.
Thankfully God helped Old Grump manage behind the steering wheel of our car, as he was coughing and extremely tired from several nights of little sleep. (STUPID cough!!) Traffic was light as we crossed through Atlanta both times, and miraculously we weren't stuck behind any wrecks on any of the interstates.

After picking lots of apples we drove back to Atlanta, stopping briefly at the Buford Highway Farmer's Market, before finishing our long drive home.
Although it was a long day, and Grump got very tired and grump by the end of it, we all had a great time, and everyone was glad we went.
Peace!
