Well, okay, it wasn't that dramatic, as we had some tasks to do in the morning, but we did go driving about, after breakfast and lunch.
It's a good thing we stayed home for lunch anyway, because Sweetie made some delicious ceviche, based on two big chunks of sashimi tuna she bought at Fresh Market yesterday.

We drove all over the place, thru Lizella, Roberta, the mighty metropolis of Howard, and Geneva, all the way to Columbus. We don't know why, but the navigation software on our iPad took us all over the place, on these tiny country roads, past places we'll probably never see again.
We did eventually make it to Columbus, which was our goal. Unfortunately, by the time we got there the weather had changed, and what was once a warm and sunny day had become cold, windy, and rainy.
We shopped around a bit, buying lots of tea, (to research for our store, http://tea-universe.com, of course!), then ate dinner at a Thai restaurant. The restaurant had a very nice indoor fish pond, which Kuya and Grump just had to check out!

After dinner we had to make the two hour drive back home. It was a HORRIBLE drive home, as it was dark and raining heavily the whole way. Rather than rely on the questionable advice of the iPad, which seemed to want to strand us in some forlorn cow pasture, we simply drove due east on 96 back towards Fort Valley, then caught 49 to take us to Byron. We were able to hop onto I-75 at Byron, then, fighting the bad weather, crawl back home.
Peace!
