It was a quiet day. Grump and Sweetie went for a late breakfast to Panera's, then Sweetie took Lola and the kids to Taki for a late lunch.
While they were gone Grump worked away at Clickworker/UHRS, which had one of its rare good days. How rare? There hasn't been a day for earnings on UHRS like this for several months now!
In the early afternoon we all went to Charlene and Philip's joint birthday party. Unfortunately since their Dad has a busted up foot, the food was pizza this year, rather than the Filipino delicacies he usually cooks. There wasn't even any rice! Grump made note of this, commenting that this is the first Filipino party he went to without a pot of steamed rice.

Now, even though it is still early, Sweetie is clamoring for all of us to get ready for bed. Good grief; it's not even 8:30 pm yet! Oh well .... Sweetie is the boss.
