A Day in a Year in a Life / Day 064

05/March/2015, Day 064.  Thursday.

Same old story: we, (Sweetie and Grump), are very tired.  Kids are exhausting to their parents!

The nice weather we've had here in central Georgia got blown away by a cold wind this afternoon.  Now it is gonna frost again for a few nights.  Phooey!

Sweetie made a dish of rice, ramien noodles, egg, and galunggong.  Galunggong is a small, relatively mild flavored fish; it's even mild enough that Old Grump likes it.  Apparently it is also very popular in the Philippines, at least according to these articles:

While we're on the subject of links, not family life, (Grump had a HORRID day at work today, which he'd just as soon rather forget than talk about), here's a link to my vote for most hypocritical psychopath to rise to political power in the last several hundred years, and then a link to one of his more pathetic apologists:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Mathiez

What mental illnes compels someone to become a Robespierre, Hitler, or Stalin?  Do we all have within us the potential to become monsters?  If so, do we also contain the opposite potential, to become angels?

If becomming a monster or an angel is a choice we make, how can we know we are making the proper choice?  If we choose the wrong path, is there still time to change the road we're on?

Will truth ever come to you at last?  Will all be one, and one be all, and we all know to be a rock and not to roll?*
