15/November/2016 - Grumps Turn

Now that Sweetie, Kuya, and Dodong have all had bouts of this STUPID head cold, it appears to be Grump's turn to be a host to a swarm of unwelcome bacteria and viruses.  (Don't worry about Lola - that tough old lady never gets sick!)  By the end of the day his nose was runny and sore, his throat was scratchy, and he was starting to cough and sneeze.

Oh, oh ....... considering what a whiner Grump is even when well, let's hope he doesn't get too ill with this stuff, else we may have to listen to him bitch and moan about how lousy he feels all the way to next year!

Despite being somewhat cold in the morning, by mid-afternoon it had warmed up nicely.  The weather was so pleasant that a cruddy-feeling Grump even went outside for a bit, to "clear his head out".

One of the problems with not being home is that Grump misses out on the wonderful meals Sweetie cooks for him.  Sure, she cooks food for him to bring to Columbus, but it's just not the same.  For example, here is his dinner tonight, cold camotes and a can of flavored seltzer water:

What else is new?  Not too much.  Grump continues to attempt to make money online, which to date hasn't been too successful.  Sweetie had some business cards printed up with two of his websites on them, (tea-universe.com and buyingnirvana.com/teashop), but he's too shy to hand them out!  A star salesman he most certainly is not!
