08/May/2015, Day 128. Friday.
Grump woke up tired. He slouched into work, unshaved for three (!) days, hoping to hide in his cube and avoid anything that looked like work for the day. As luck would have it, his boss from Virginia showed up for a visit, and sat in a cube directly across from him. Poor Grump! No "slack day" for you!
Sweetie cooked some excellent beef bihon, which everyone ate for dinner. Then she disappeared for several hours to go next door to Uncle Mac and Aunt Lily's house for Bible Study. Lola, Grump, Kuya, and Dodong all stayed home.
We're looking forward to the weekend, even though Grump has to get up early Saturday morning, (5:00 am!), to monitor some work jobs from home. Poor Grump! Will he ever get enough sleep?
Kuya is still infatuated with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He really enjoys watching TMNT videos on YouTube, but we aren't too thrilled with the violence, and the typical cartoonish over-sexualization of the women characters. The best videos, believe it or not, are the ones that preview TMNT toys.
