2016/July/08 - Coming Home!

This was the last day of Grump's business trip.  He walked around the "business campus" one more time, taking a few more pics.  (Hard to believe that this is a place where people work!)

Just like yesterday, Grump's meals were free and delicious.

For a mid-morning snack he tried some dried strawberries mixed with walnuts:

Lunch was mushroom ravioli accompanied by a salad topped with roasted bell peppers and a plate full of mini-scones.  (The mini-scones were so yummy Grump couldn't stop from eating most of them BEFORE he took this picture.)

Free lunch!

And, of course, we all got another mid-afternoon snack!

Many mini-cupcakes!

Meanwhile, back home, things were MUCH BETTER now.  Dodong seemed completely recovered from his allergy attack Wednesday.

We're MUCH happier now!

Eventually it was time for Grump to leave Richmond and head back home where he belongs.  To accompany him on the trip he picked up two companions, Black Bear and Green Bear.

The bears helped Grump get home safely, guiding him past such dangers as this giant metal bird which threatened him as he walked to his gate at the Atlanta airport.

A Giant Metal Bird!

Finally we were back in central Georgia.  Whilst waiting for Sweetie to come pick up us, Black Bear and Green Bear explained to Grump how they were going to help Kuya and Dodong, respectively.  Black Bear stands for courage, discipline, and honesty.  He is going to help Kuya concentrate on his studies, (karate, piano, and, once it starts, his second grade school work).  Green Bear represents healthy growth, and will help Dodong manage and eventually overcome his nasty allergies.

It's good for all of us to be back home!

Peace!
