2016/August/18 - A Better Day

So if yesterday was frustrating, today was a lot better.  Old Grump figured out, (or more accurately, was shown), why the STUPID JOB he submitted yesterday didn't work properly.  (Somehow one of the procedures picked up an old version of the job - GRRRR!!!!)  So things were sunny again in Columbus.

But the best news was that this was the last work day of the week for Grump.  He came home tonight, and tomorrow we are leaving to go on vacation!  Woo hoo!!  We are going to see Grandma and Grandpa in Jax, FL.  Also there will be Grump's brother, his wife, and their three kids.  Sounds like trouble brewing, huh?

I don't really have a pic for today, so I thought I'd just share a pic of the "resurrection fig".  He is still growing strong right now.  Maybe next year he will be big enough to bear figs like the other two fig trees?
